Peter Carroll - Director - was a banking & finance partner in a major Australian law firm for many years. He acted for the majority of Australian finance companies in most areas affecting their business, including securitisation of debt portfolios, standard retail lending transactions, leasing, hire purchase and a variety of other transactions. He is a director of a number of large public and private companies.

Mary Hanna - Director and Operations Manager - Mary has played a crucial role in developing all the Operational and Training capability of the company. With over 20 years experience in the Collections industry, she is responsible for the day to day operations of the Alpha Legal office. She holds a Science degree as well as a Diploma of Education and formerly worked as National Operations and Training Manager for Remington White and Training Consultant for Collection House Ltd.

Colin Day - Director - is former Chief Executive Officer and Director of Collection House Ltd. Prior to working with that company he co-founded the highly successful Remington White collection company in 1987. Remington White was subsequently acquired by Collection House Ltd in July 2000. Colin has served on the boards of numerous public and private companies in both the finance and manufacturing sectors.
