Alpha Legal was established in 2007 by Peter Carroll, Mary Hanna and Colin Day. Peter is a former Barrister and Senior Partner of one of Australia's leading law firms while Mary was National Operations and Training Manager of the Remington White Debt Collection Group. Colin is the former Chief Executive of Collection House Ltd Australia's largest debt collection company.

Our focus on specialist services to the debt collection and debt purchase industry combined with over 80 years experience in that industry places Alpha Legal in an ideal position to provide a unique and unrivalled level of expertise to our clients.

Alpha Legal also prides itself on being Insurance Recovery Specialists providing an end to end service across Motor Vehicle, Property & Liability Claims. Our clients include several major insurance companies who are serviced by our team of skilled Insurance recovery officers with over 100 years combined industry experience. The team is led by Steve Schaeche who has in excess of 20 years collections experience.
